We have established contacts with many aviation freight forwarders at various airports. Thanks to our AEO license, we are able to arrange all customs activities (clearance, documentation handling) quickly and carefully. We accompany every shipment by track & trace.

By combining air freight with sea freight, we offer the most competitive rate possible. Once in Europe, we can store the goods in one of our seven warehouses (in the Netherlands or Romania) or further transport them by road.

Rabelink has the status of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). This license offers great advantages in international trade; for us and therefore also for our customers. Customs grants companies with AEO status various facilities in physical customs inspections. The combined authorization Customs Simplifications and Security is held by Rabelink; this means that we meet all requirements (since May 2016 these authorizations are called AEO-C and AEO-S).

We handle customs activities outside the EU quickly, carefully and without problems. This applies to air and sea freight to other continents and to road transport to Switzerland and Norway, for example. We offer door-to-door delivery worldwide. In addition, all other Incoterms are possible and we take care of customs and B/L (Bill of Lading) activities.

Strong and reliable networks

We partner with strong networks to reach Europe: Network Benelux (NBX) and the originally German CTL network. The partners transfer shipments to each other daily to distribute them in their own catchment areas. It's a win-win-win situation: fewer kilometres, lower costs, optimal load factor and less environmental impact.

To reach the world, we are a member of the global WCA network (air and sea freight). We are in direct contact with local partners and arrange shipping quickly and reliably.
