We care about the world. At all levels

We take responsibility. Naturally. Step by step, together with our partners, we are working towards a climate-neutral chain. For us, sustainability goes beyond 'green' logistics. Slowly we are getting close to where we want to be : sustainable logistics connecting ecological, economic and social aspects.

As a logistics provider, we leave a big footprint. But we take our responsibility. Step by step, we are making our operations climate-neutral.

Ecological: our earth

Partly through Smart Planning and thoughtful use of resources, we are making our logistics a little greener every day - and so are our customers' supply chains.
In every step of the process, we pay attention to sustainability and take that extra step needed to be more sustainable. There are football fields of solar panels on the roofs of our warehouses, which we use to green our own consumption. We are experimenting with electric trucks. We analyse every journey and reduce CO2 emissions. We save fuel by paying attention to our tyres. We transport many containers in one trip by water and do the last part by road electrically. These are a few examples. And we don't stop there.

Social: our people

It's all about people. Employees, partners or customers: they are the driving forces behind Rabelink. Equal opportunities, security and social justice are deeply embedded in our corporate culture. Equally important is our social involvement in society. By supporting projects, we promote tolerance, respect and well-being. For everyone.

Economic: our future

Thinking about the day after tomorrow today is sustainable. Economic challenges have been on our path for almost 100 years, we can deal with them because we do not deviate from our path. It's about making logistics smarter and simpler every day - on an operational and strategic level. This is how we secure the future for our business and remain economically successful. We are curious about the day after tomorrow. And are prepared.

Lean & Green Star

Active climate and environmental protection through quality and environmental management. In 2018, we received the Lean & Green Star, as part of a sustainability programme aimed at reducing CO2 emissions. A 20 per cent reduction in carbon dioxide within five years was required for the Lean & Green Star, but we managed to reduce emissions by 55 per cent.
