For instance, Customs grants companies with AEO status various facilities in physical customs inspections. We hold the combined authorisation Customs Simplifications and Security.

This means we meet all requirements (since May 2016, these licences have been called AEO-C and AEO-S).

The advantage of this is that we can handle customs activities quickly, carefully and smoothly. This applies to all traffic outside the European Union: air and sea freight to other continents, but also road transport to Switzerland and Norway, for example. House-to-house deliveries are possible worldwide. In addition, all other Incoterms are possible and Rabelink handles customs and B/L (Bill of Lading) acticities.

The advantages:

fewer physical and document checks
priority in inspection if Rabelink is selected for inspection
on request, an inspection can take place at a specific place
no verification of previously checked criteria in a subsequent licence application
prior notification in customs controls
provide less information in the summary declaration
recognition of AEO security certification by other countries (outside the EU)
